How long does production and shipping take?

We aim to print and ship our printed blinds within 10-15 days. Times can also vary with couriers, so please check your ship & track details!

Can I return my blinds if i'm unhappy?

Due to the personalised nature of our products, we have a strictly no return policy. We will make the exception to help amend our blinds if the item is damaged in transit or through enquiry. Please ensure you are happy when we send proofs of final artwork for confirmation of production.

Does it matter what print I choose?

Our range of Vertical and Roller Blinds allows you to freely design as long as it fits within the dimensions of the blinds that you choose.

If a photograph or illustrated design is chosen, we recommend high quality images in the correct format and sizing. For patterns or logos we use vectors so that we can scale without issue.

We also send proofs after orders have been made to ensure fit.

How much does it cost?

With our custom-made-to-measure blinds, it will differ from size to size.

Our quoting system will automatically calculate after you choose your blind type, dimensions, print side, material, build options and will appear in the cart before checkout.
